The Demand Planner converts aggregate inputs from Product Management, Sales Management, Finance, and International into discrete item-level sales and ancillary demand forecasts. This data is used by Production Planning in the establishment of formal production plans that meet the company’s business plan objectives. Controls variations in actual shipments versus forecasts and resulting adjustments to forecasts. Maintains forecast, Inventory & Safety Stock level accuracy to established company goals.
