The Construction Administrator ensures construction scope is defined and leads effort in preparing and administering documents for bidding. Coordinates, monitors, inspects, and approves the Substation Civil/Electrical and Transmission line construction work done by outside contractors to assure workmanship quality and compliance with the provisions of the Drawings and Specifications. Provides leadership, training, and direction to fellow staff members.
