Develop, implement, and maintain high-quality Child Life care standards based on developmentally appropriate practices.
Recognize signs of child abuse and neglect and ensure appropriate reporting and follow-up procedures.
Select, organize, and implement appropriate Child Life programming and systems design for tender age children.
Assist in the selection of specialized support staff for the population.
