Job summary 1

The Enterprise Architect leads initiatives using project management best practices and industry architecture frameworks. The Enterprise Architect leads design efforts, defines end-to-end architectures, oversees and performs research studies and presentations that include recommendations, and instructions for proposed implementations; formulates logical descriptions of problems; and recommends optimum solutions. This position requires someone with proven industry experience working with a significant degree of creativity and independence. The Enterprise Architect works with other IT groups in defining architectures, leading projects that cross-functional agency systems and other state entities that require coordinating, planning, and scheduling during project transition, development, and implementation stages. Works under minimal supervision, with extensive latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.
