As the Volunteer Coordinator, you will be responsible for promoting positive working relationships within the Program. The Volunteer Coordinator is responsible for recruiting, training, supervising, and retaining volunteers and volunteer coordinators to adequately support volunteer operations and to ensure compliance with corporate, state, and federal regulations. He/she will ensure the coordination of patient and family needs for volunteer services and will oversee the development of and implementation of the plans of care to meet those needs. S/he is responsible for applying the rules and regulations of state and federal regulatory agencies and other certified agencies.
