As a Reporting Analyst you will be responsible for the design, development, testing, and supporting of business intelligence, analysis, and reporting solutions. This team member will be responsible for data modeling and reporting. Designs and develops reporting solutions in a Microsoft tools environment and will be responsible for adhering to current reporting procedures and techniques. In support of these responsibilities will meet with business users and management to create requirement documents for reporting needs.

Create and deliver management dashboards and canned reports to support routine management oversight of business processes to ensure critical insight into exceptions and deliverables
Create and deliver routine and ad hoc reporting needed to understand various aspects of processes and the portfolio performance and staffing needs
Identify, lead, and oversee projects and analysis related to reporting needs to establish superior operational reporting within Loan Administration
- Support, maintenance, and/or build of Access Databases to support operational needs

Reporting Analysts is the product owner within the scrum framework, managing their feature backlog and driving the process of defining reporting requirements to the development team. Reporting Analysts lead out on the discovery and design of reports through customer engagement and subject matter analysis across the industry, the market, and from within the Company platform.
