Serves as the primary point-of-contact for internal stakeholders, landlords, property managers, and brokers for all real estate activities related to leasing and property rights matters.
Manages and tracks expiring lease and option dates. Works with business teams and assists upper management in coordinating decisions for all lease actions, including renewals, relocations, and terminations. Participates in the coordination of new location openings and closings.

The Real Estate Manager is responsible for executing the new store development plan for primarily freestanding locations within an assigned geographical territory. The expectation is that this role will be a leader in all aspects of new store development for their region from site selection to grand opening including, but not limited to, site selection, contract negotiations, financial analysis, internal presentations and approvals, partnership with construction department, and serving as the primary manager of 3rd party developers and brokers to ensure execution standards are achieved.
