Technical Support - Provide direct user support troubleshooting and create bug reports for developers to act upon; answer help questions via phone, email and instant messenger; identify and document bugs and issues; maintain a knowledge base of common responses; test new and existing tool features
Customer Communication - Gather and document user requirements; gather feedback and communicate user requests and concerns
Training - Provide training to new users and existing users about the application and new features via in-person presentations and video teleconferences as well as individualized walkthroughs; create and maintain training materials (documentation, videos, blogs, etc.)

The Outreach Specialist will represent Company at various community meetings and roundtables, gathering information and sharing details learned with Company leadership, with the additional expectation of identifying and joining new and relevant community committees. Through street work and community relations the Outreach Specialist will identify, engage and assist youth who are experiencing unsheltered homelessness, living on the street, in encampments, abandoned buildings, or other precarious shelter or temporary shelter situations. The Outreach Specialist will navigate program participants to housing solutions appropriate to their level of need. Expected to ensure all street outreach activities are conducted safely in alignment with child protection policies whether working with Company staff or community partners on street outreach initiatives, in an effort to organize the community to address issues around youth homelessness.
