The Business Advisor is responsible for coordinating and documenting via Agile methodology all new business data and system requirements in support of outbound customer campaigns. They work as a key liaison between the CRM Business Team and the CRM Development, Solution Architecture, and IT Teams. In addition to coordinating and documenting requirements, the analyst will also coordinate all testing of newly released data/functionality for production checkouts and be responsible for business-level documentation of new CRM data attributes.
