We have an opening for an Application Manager. The Application Manager will provide end-to-end oversight and management of a variety of key firm-wide applications (corporate systems). The role will act as a single-point-of-contact for a given application(s) and includes: technology-business liaison responsibilities, limited project/initiative management & governance, and strategic roadmap planning.
The Application Manager position demands strong attention to the daily details of a variety of corporate system initiatives including technical support, system enhancements, and strategic planning. The candidate must have demonstrated knowledge and experience in technology support, program/product/project management and is confident running and participating in meetings with senior level employees, 3rd party vendors, and technical teams.
The Application Manager must demonstrate the ability to operate autonomously, taking ownership of assigned systems with minimal direct oversight. Daily requirements also include: crafting and socializing insightful professional communication materials to bring visibility into system activities and developments; producing high quality reports consumed by executives; conducting ad-hoc data analysis; and directing administrative coordination.
