The Process Analyst coordinates problem and incident management as the application reaches the implementation phase. Post implementation, we own the identification and implementation of bold efficiency and cost reduction targets, with the support of the business.
The project will consist of numerous phases that include: initiating, planning, Executing, Supervising, and Closing. Each phase has major project landmarks that will be completed to ensure a successful deployment.
Critical to the project is a successful UAT. This includes detailed requirements and executing test cases to ensure the product is operating as crafted.
