Job summary 1

A Janitor is responsible for the general upkeep of the building. Makes certain the building(s) is clean and in orderly condition. Performs heavy cleaning duties, such as cleaning floors, washing walls and glass, and removing rubbish. Duties may include, notifying management of the need for repairs, and cleaning snow or debris from the sidewalk. Job duties may include vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, and small repair work. This position reports to the shift supervisor.
