Job summary 1

The Chief Engineer will be responsible for the operation, repair, and maintenance of owner units, common areas, and central systems. The Chief Engineer ensures guest, owner, and staff satisfaction and safety by providing timely responses to maintenance work orders, overseeing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring courteous interaction and follow-up with owners and guests. This Leader is responsible for maintaining individual residences, public areas, and colleague areas in good physical repair and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing quality. The Chief Engineer will coordinate functions and activities with other department heads, guests, and owners as well as suppliers, contractors, the Board of Directors, and members of the local community as needed.
