The Chief Engineer ensures guest, owner and staff satisfaction and safety by providing timely response to maintenance work orders, overseeing preventative maintenance plans, and ensuring courteous interaction and follow up with owners and guests.
This Leader is responsible for maintaining individual residences, public areas, and colleague areas in good physical repair and maintaining an aesthetically pleasing quality.
