High School Diploma or GED equivalent
At least 6 years of relevant work experience
The ideal candidate will have over Three to Four years of experience independently underwriting residential mortgage loans, expert analytical skills with DU & LP experience
Bachelor's degree with 3-4 years of experience Mortgage lending - Financial Services
Familiar with standard mortgage concepts, practices, and procedures within a particular field
Relies on limited experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
- Should have working knowledge with any Mortgage loan origination application
- Excellent mathematical and statistical aptitude
