Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.
Shift & Compensation
- Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
- Pay Range: $26 – $36/hour (higher based on experience)
- Shift Premium: $1/hour
- Schedule: 50–55 hours per week, Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on equipment issues
- Execute and follow preventive maintenance (PM) programs
- Repair and maintain machinery across the facility
- Accurately document maintenance activities in a CMMS system
- Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in machining or metals manufacturing (highly preferred)
- Electrical component and troubleshooting experience
- Familiarity with CMMS systems
