Position Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team on 2nd shift. This role is responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing manufacturing equipment to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime.

Shift & Compensation

  • Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00 PM – 11:30 PM)
  • Pay Range: $26 – $36/hour (higher based on experience)
  • Shift Premium: $1/hour
  • Schedule: 50–55 hours per week, Monday–Saturday

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis on equipment issues
  • Execute and follow preventive maintenance (PM) programs
  • Repair and maintain machinery across the facility
  • Accurately document maintenance activities in a CMMS system
  • Support continuous improvement and equipment reliability initiatives

Qualifications

  • Minimum 2+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Strong mechanical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with preventive maintenance programs

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in machining or metals manufacturing (highly preferred)
  • Electrical component and troubleshooting experience
  • Familiarity with CMMS systems

You should be proficient in:

  • Access Control Systems
