Manufacturing Equipment Service Specialist

Manufacturing Equipment Service Specialist

Our mission is simple: keep production moving. When a machine falters, you turn urgency into action—protecting throughput, quality, and safety. When things run well, it’s because your preventive maintenance program did its job.

Imagine This Scenario

A CNC throws a spindle alarm mid-run. You arrive, verify the fault, review PLC signals, isolate a servo issue, and bring the machine back online. You document the fix, schedule a follow-up PM, and place a parts order with a vendor. Before the day ends, you assist the team on a vacuum furnace maintenance task and swing by a local shop to grab fittings needed for tomorrow’s repair. If a call comes in after hours, you’re ready to respond so production can resume safely.
