Maintenance Technician

They are seeking Maintenance Technicians to support electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, preventative maintenance, and equipment uptime across high-speed production operations.

Responsibilities:

• Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on automated production equipment
• Troubleshoot mechanical systems including conveyors, hydraulics, pneumatics, motors, gearboxes, rollers, and packaging equipment
• Diagnose and repair electrical systems including 480V equipment, sensors, VFDs, HMIs, PLCs, and servo motors
• Support production by responding to equipment downtime and troubleshooting line issues
• Assist with equipment changeovers and startup activities
• Interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical ladder diagrams
• Complete work orders and maintenance documentation within CMMS systems
• Perform fabrication, rebuilds, and equipment upgrades as needed
• Maintain safe work practices including lockout/tagout procedures

Requirements:

• 2+ years maintenance experience within manufacturing
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting ability
• Experience supporting automated or high-speed production equipment
• Familiarity with PLCs, HMIs, VFDs, and industrial electrical systems
• Ability to read schematics and mechanical drawings
• Comfortable working off-shift schedules in a fast-paced production environment

Preferred Experience:

• Food, beverage, packaging, bottling, pharmaceutical, or FDA-regulated manufacturing experience
• Technical degree or maintenance certification
• Welding and fabrication experience
• Union manufacturing experience
