Powder Coatings Production Machine Technician

Pay & Schedule

• Base Pay: $20.60/hr
• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM, Monday–Friday (+$0.75/hr shift premium)
• 3rd Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:30 AM, Monday–Friday (+$1.50/hr shift premium)
• Weekends as needed

What a Typical Shift Looks Like

You’ll operate and monitor equipment that makes high-quality powder coatings. From start to finish, you keep the line moving and the product consistent:

• Run and observe manufacturing machinery used in powder coating production
• Support core processes: mixing, extrusion, grinding, and packaging
• Track machine performance and check product quality during production runs
• Follow production instructions and safe operating procedures
• Maintain housekeeping and cleanliness in production areas
• Work effectively in a powder manufacturing environment

What You Bring

• Previous manufacturing and machine operation experience
• Comfort working in a powder/dust environment
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Basic math and basic computer skills
• Reliable attendance and strong safety awareness
