Electro‑Mechanical Maintenance Specialist (PLC/HMI)

Your focus areas

  • Preventive + predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime.
  • Full-spectrum troubleshooting: electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic.
  • PLC/HMI work: adjust logic, diagnose I/O, and refine interfaces (Allen‑Bradley and DL06 experience is a plus).
  • Equipment coverage: robotic welders, stamping presses, benders, roll formers, CNC lasers, CNC brake presses, and general shop machinery.
  • Safety first: wear proper PPE and apply Lockout/Tagout without exception.
  • Physical readiness: lift/push/pull up to 40 lbs.
  • Flexibility: handle assigned tasks and support overtime as production requires.
  • Team orientation: communicate clearly, share knowledge, and back up your peers.

What you bring to the floor

  • Solid experience using common hand and power tools (wrenches, saws, air tools, etc.).
  • Prior maintenance background in an industrial setting.
  • Forklift experience — required for this role.
  • Demonstrated ability to track down issues in electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems.

Core technical capabilities

  • PLC troubleshooting and hands-on programming capability.
  • Mechanical fault isolation and pneumatics troubleshooting.
  • Industrial electrical systems, including 120/208/240/480 VAC.
  • Metal stamping and forming knowledge, especially progressive die operations.
  • Consistent, correct use of LOTO procedures.
