Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Industrial Maintenance Mechanic

Location: Eaton, OH

A day in this role (2nd Shift)

You clock in at 3:00 PM, scan the CMMS for priority work orders, and plan your evening. A production line flags a vibration alarm—your troubleshooting instincts kick in. You isolate the root cause, swap a failing component, and bring the machine back to spec. Later, you knock out preventive maintenance tasks to keep tomorrow running smoothly, recording each step accurately in the CMMS. Between calls, you collaborate with operators on reliability ideas and assist teammates across our modern, 200,000 sq. ft. facility. By 11:30 PM, you’ve reduced downtime, improved safety, and kept production on track.
