Step into a day crafting parts that fly and power the world
You arrive at our climate-controlled, state-of-the-art shop in Mason, OH (between Dayton & Cincinnati). After a quick team huddle, you open the job packet in the ERP, study the blueprint, and roll up to a multi-axis CNC center. You dial in workholding, touch off tools, and run a first-piece inspection with our quality partner before green-lighting the run. Throughout the shift, you watch the gauges, make measured program or offset tweaks (G & M code), and keep production on pace—documenting everything in the system. It’s precise, satisfying work that supports aviation and power generation worldwide.
