Mig Welder

Aegis is currently partnering with a growing manufacturing firm in the western suburbs looking to identify a Mig Welder to join their team!

Responsibities:

• MIG weld sheet metal and structural components used in large, custom-built industrial enclosures.
• Interpret complex blueprints, measure and cut materials accurately
• Fit components together with close attention to detail and dimensional tolerances.

Requirements:

• 1-5+ years of hands-on fabrication or welding experience
• Strong ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, with experience on large equipment or assemblies considered a plus.
• Fabrication skills, including measuring and pulling dimensions using tape measures, calipers, or micrometers.
