About the Role

We're hiring Business Development Representatives to support one of our US-based clients across the Real Estate, PropTech, SaaS, and Recruitment industries. If you're an experienced outbound sales professional who enjoys building relationships, generating opportunities, and speaking with decision-makers, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

• Conduct 100+ outbound calls daily to prospective customers
• Generate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting
• Schedule appointments and product demonstrations for Account Executives or Sales teams
• Engage business owners and executives through professional conversations
• Maintain accurate records and follow-up activities in CRM platforms
• Research prospects and identify new business opportunities
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly activity targets

What We're Looking For

• 1–3+ years of experience in Business Development, Sales Development, Appointment Setting, Inside Sales, Account Executive, or a similar outbound sales role
• Excellent English communication skills with a clear, neutral accent
• Comfortable speaking with executives and decision-makers over the phone
• Proven experience with cold calling and outbound prospecting
• Ability to make 100+ outbound calls per day while maintaining quality conversations
• Experience using CRM platforms to manage leads and sales activities
• Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment

Nice to Have

• Experience selling B2B software, real estate services, recruitment solutions, or digital marketing services
• Familiarity with Salesforce, HubSpot, Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, or similar tools
• Experience working with US-based clients
• Dedicated remote workspace with stable internet connection (At least 100mbps)
