Are you a sales-driven BPO professional who enjoys making outbound calls, engaging customers, and achieving targets?

We are looking for an Outbound Sales Representative with recent experience in BPO environments, cold calling, outbound campaigns, cross-selling, and high-volume customer interactions to join our team and support US-based clients.

What You'll Do

• Make approximately 100–150 outbound calls per day as part of active sales and outbound campaigns.
• Conduct cold calls and engage potential customers professionally and confidently.
• Follow verbatim sales scripts while maintaining a natural and engaging conversation.
• Identify customer needs and present relevant products or services.
• Identify and take advantage of cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
• Handle objections and guide customers through the sales process.
• Accurately document calls, customer information, and outcomes in the CRM.
• Consistently meet or exceed individual and team sales KPIs.
• Provide a professional customer experience while representing US-based clients.

What We're Looking For

• Recent BPO experience — ideally within the last 2 months.
• Previous experience in sales, outbound calling, cold calling, telemarketing, cross-selling, or upselling.
• Experience working in a high-volume outbound campaign, preferably handling 100–150 calls per day.
• Strong ability to follow verbatim scripts and established sales processes.
• C1–C2 English proficiency, both written and spoken.
• Excellent communication and active listening skills.
• Confidence speaking with customers over the phone.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasion skills.
• Goal-oriented mindset and motivation to achieve sales targets.
• Comfortable working with CRM systems and other BPO/customer-service platforms.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
