Technical Migration Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a US-Based, detail-oriented and technically skilled Technical Migration Specialist to support the successful migration and implementation of client systems and data. In this role, you will be responsible for executing data migrations, configuring platforms, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring a seamless transition for users. You will work closely with the Implementation Specialist to deliver accurate, high-quality migrations while maintaining data integrity and system functionality.

Fully remote setup: Requires dedicated remote workspace, stable internet connection (Minimum 100mbps Download/Upload speed).

Key Responsibilities

  • Perform data cleanup, validation, and quality checks prior to migration.
  • Execute data migrations between CRM, software, and business platforms with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Configure system settings, permissions, user access, and platform preferences.
  • Build and maintain migration timelines, templates, checklists, and action plans.
  • Set up, monitor, and troubleshoot integrations between various systems and applications.
  • Diagnose and resolve issues related to automations, workflows, and platform configurations.
  • Conduct testing and quality assurance to verify successful migrations and system functionality.
  • Document migration processes, issues, and resolutions to ensure consistency and efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Implementation Specialist and internal teams to execute migration plans and meet project deadlines.
  • Manage multiple migration projects and priorities simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.


Qualifications

  • 2–3 years of experience in a technical support, implementation, systems administration, data migration, or similar role.
  • Strong technical aptitude and experience working with CRM platforms, SaaS applications, or business systems.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data manipulation, validation, and analysis.
  • Experience supporting software implementations, system onboarding, or data migration projects.
  • Familiarity with integrations, workflows, automations, and platform configurations.
  • Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, Follow Up Boss, Zoho, or similar systems.
  • Experience working with integration and automation tools such as Zapier, Make, or API-based workflows.
  • Real estate technology, proptech, or SaaS implementation experience.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, data mapping, or data transformation processes.
