Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems
Maintain equipment reliability and uptime to support production goals
Assist with installation, calibration, and adjustment of machinery
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure safe, efficient operations
Support continuous improvement initiatives in maintenance practices
2+ years of maintenance mechanic experience in manufacturing, ideally aerospace
Experience with mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
Ability to read technical drawings and schematics
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Commitment to safety and high-quality standards
$25 – $38/hr depending on experience
Work in a clean, high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment
