A Day in the Role

• Set up and operate CNC lathes to turn precision components that meet exact specifications.
• Translate blueprints and work instructions into efficient machine setups and workflows.
• Handle tool changes, set offsets, and make routine machine adjustments to keep parts within tolerance.
• Verify every feature using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to ensure dimensional accuracy.
• Track quality and throughput, maintaining production standards across your runs.
• Collaborate with quality and production teams so customer requirements are consistently met.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience setting up or operating CNC lathes in a production environment.
• Confidence reading blueprints and using precision measurement instruments.
• Meticulous attention to detail with a strong, consistent quality mindset.
• Background in production machining and an understanding of process discipline.
• Familiarity with CNC controls and machining best practices (preferred).
