🔧 OPEN POSITIONS

🛠️ CNC Operator (1st & 2nd Shift)

💰 $22.00 - $26.00/hr + 10% Shift Differential for Nights

• Operate CNC milling and turning equipment

• Load/unload parts and monitor production

• Perform basic inspections and quality checks

• Opportunities for overtime available

⚙️ CNC Lathe Setup Machinist (1st & 2nd Shift)

💰 $28.00 - $40.00/hr

• Set up and operate CNC lathes

• Adjust tooling and offsets

• Read blueprints and inspection tools

• Troubleshoot machining issues and optimize production

💻 Manufacturing Engineer (1st Shift)

💰 $35.00 - $50.00/hr

• Create and optimize CNC programs

• Improve machining processes and efficiencies

• Support production and continuous improvement initiatives

• Strong CNC programming experience required

👨‍🏭 CNC Lathe Supervisor (1st Shift)

💰 $35.00 - $45.00/hr

• Lead and support CNC machining operations

• Coordinate production activities and troubleshoot issues

• Mill/turn machining experience preferred

• Mentor and develop machining team members

🔍 Quality Inspector / Deburrer (1st & 2nd Shift)

💰 $20.00 - $25.00+/hr

• Inspect precision aerospace components

• Perform deburring and finishing operations

• Utilize precision measuring equipment

• Aerospace and CMM experience highly preferred
