**🔧 Open Positions

**🛠️ CNC / Swiss Operators (2nd & 3rd Shift)
**
**💰 Pay:
** $20.00 – $28.00/hr (+10% shift differential)
**Responsibilities:
**
Operate CNC and/or Swiss-style machines
Load/unload parts and monitor production cycles
Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools
Maintain quality standards in a regulated environment
Follow SOPs and ensure clean, organized workstations
**⚙️ Maintenance Technician (Swiss Experience Required)
**
**What You’ll Do:
**
Perform maintenance and repair on Swiss CNC machines
Troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues
Support preventative maintenance programs
Minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability
Work closely with production and engineering teams
👉 This role requires
**hands-on experience working specifically with Swiss machines
**—not just general maintenance.
**⏰ Shifts Available
**
**2nd Shift:
** Afternoon/Evening
**3rd Shift:
** Overnight
(+10% shift differential applies)
**✅ Qualifications
**
Experience with CNC or Swiss machining (operators)
Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills (maintenance)
Ability to use measuring tools and follow detailed instructions
Experience in medical or regulated manufacturing is a plus
Willingness to work off-shifts
