What you’ll handle

• CNC lathe setups, tool changes, offsets, and production operation
• Quality adherence on tight‑tolerance work
• Blueprint/GD&T interpretation and setup documentation
• Inspection using calipers, micrometers, and precision gaging
• Troubleshooting issues and fine‑tuning processes
• Preventive maintenance, machine upkeep, and occasional deburring/finishing
• Participation in lean/continuous improvement initiatives

You bring

• 2+ years of CNC machining experience with required lathe/turning background
• Ability to set up and run independently
• Experience with offsets, troubleshooting, and multi‑machine operation
• Strong blueprint reading and metrology skills
• Comfort with complex parts and tight tolerances
• Background in aerospace, medical, or high‑precision work is preferred

Shifts and differentials

• 1st: Mon–Thurs | 5:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 2nd: Mon–Thurs | 3:30 PM – 2:00 AM (+10% diff)
• Weekend: Fri–Sun | 5:00 AM – 5:30 PM (+25% diff)
