Reporting Structure and Support

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and supervise talent management professionals.
• Drive patient-centric innovation and uphold core values.
• Leverage technology, including ATS, CRM, and LMS, to enhance organizational development.
• Collaborate with prestigious healthcare providers and clients.
• Implement measurable outcomes and KPIs to ensure success.

Qualifications:

• Master's in Social Work (MSW) and a degree/certificate  in Organisational Psychology/Development
• An additional degree in  business administration is preferred
• Extensive experience in talent management and organizational development.
• Experience leading similar #TransformativeRoles is highly desirable.
• Proven expertise in tech platforms, including ATS, CRM, and LMS.
• Alignment with our #PatientCentricCare approach and values.
