Business Development Executive / Sales Executive (US Shift)

Responsibilities:

• Researching prospects and generating leads within the healthcare industry.

• Strategic planning, market segmentation and detailed planning of business development activities to be completed within defined periods of time

• Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and other sources

• Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services

• To work as part of a business development team to identify growth areas and expand the client base of the company.

• Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints

• Preparing and sending quotes and proposals.

• Building and maintaining a CRM database.

• Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

• Participating in sales team meetings.

• Works closely with the Sales / Business Development Head, Strategize and build Sales opportunities / pipelines

• Collaborate with team members to achieve better results

• Understand clients requirements and converse with the client with the technical terminologies

• The candidate should be Self-driven with effective communication skills and respond effectively in a fast paced environment

Requirements:

• Must have at least 2+ years of business development and sales experience in the relevant industry
• Proven track record of successful business development and sales within the US Healthcare sector is preferred
• Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus

• Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques total work

• Excellent customer service and sales skills.

• Strong verbal and written communicator.

Education:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree with a concentration in
  Sales, Marketing, Promotions, Advertising or business administration preferred.
