The Role: We are seeking experienced and dynamic US Shift Managers to cater to our clients across EST and PST time zones. You'll oversee our BPO operations during US shifts, including management of logistics, inbound sales, field team coordination, and high-quality service delivery akin to managing a synchronized, efficient fleet of healthcare services.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage daily BPO operations during US shifts, coordinating logistics, inbound sales, and field team management to ensure a smooth, reliable, and punctual healthcare delivery service.
Motivate, coach, and lead your team to consistently meet performance goals while maintaining superior levels of customer satisfaction.
Foster a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous improvement, setting the bar high in industry standards.
Work closely with clients, understanding their needs, and aligning our operations to exceed these expectations.
Handle escalations adeptly, demonstrating problem-solving skills and decisive leadership. Regularly analyze performance metrics, converting insights into actionable strategies to continually enhance BPO performance. Skills and Qualifications:
Must have 5+ years of experience as an Operations Manager in a BPO, ideally in logistics-oriented operations, US shift operations, and the healthcare industry.
A proven track record in managing complex logistics, resource allocation, and team coordination. Exceptional leadership abilities, with a demonstrated capacity to inspire and motivate teams. Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in using BPO technologies and systems.
