Revenue Cycle Management - Executive (US Shift)

Location: - Vadodara (US shift)

Responsibilities:

• Manages the day-to-day Revenue Cycle Operational processes for their assigned functions and all related vendor relationships to increase effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance.

• Medical billing and collection process.

• Enter and review every order and ensure all orders entered with 99% accuracy.

• Perform eligibility check on every order and forward all ineligible order details to reporting manager for follow-up.

• Check and apply for authorization when needed.

• Perform audit on daily basis for all submitted claims and invoices.

• Ensure governmental compliance with HIPAA.

• Manage clients and accounts independently.

• Assist customer service team when needed.

• Recommend, develop, and implement improvements for the practice

• Contact payer or clinic for any discrepancy in payment.

• Follow-up on unpaid invoices/claim and appeal when needed

• Manage account receivable for all assigned clients.

• Denial Management, Claim analysing and Follow up’s

• Payment posting and OffSet processing

• Performs all duties as assigned by the management team

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years of experience in accounts receivable follow-up / denial management for US healthcare.

• A brief understanding on the entire Medical Billing Cycle.

• Must possess good communication skill with neutral accent.

• Must be flexible and should have a positive attitude towards work.

• Must be willing to work in Night Shifts.

• Knowledge of Healthcare terminology and ICD/CPT codes will be considered a plus.

• Strong verbal and written communicator
