We are looking for a Marketing Specialist - Sales to join our Marketing team. If you are passionate about growth strategies, have an analytical and creative eye and want to be part of a dynamic and innovative environment, this position is for you!
Plan, execute and optimize campaigns.
Develop relevant content to attract and engage leads at different stages of the funnel.
Develop and monitor performance and growth KPIs.
Implement lead capture and nurturing strategies, integrating tools and platforms.
Define with the Sales team and implement content initiatives (e-books, blogs, webinars) and SEO strategies.
Define with the Sales team and implement social media campaigns.
Lead integration initiatives between marketing and sales to maximize results.
Identify new opportunities for organic and paid growth.
Optimize our CAC.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2C marketing, with a proven track record in digital marketing.
Experience in sales machines, performance marketing, inbound marketing and conversion funnel optimization.
Knowledge in planning and producing content to attract and nurture leads (e-books, blogs, automation flows, etc.).
Strong skills in data analysis, metrics and creating results-oriented strategies.
Mastery of tools such as Hubspot, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, SEO and marketing automation.
Have a creative profile, with high analytical skills and technical knowledge in digital marketing.
Experience with Brand Experience will be a differential.
Exceptional communication and project management skills.
Experience in the Technology, Logistics, and FinTech industries is a plus.
Fluency in Enlighs is a plus.
Fixed monthly contract in reais.
