About the role
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Financial Analyst to join our team. This position will be responsible for performing reconciliations and financial analysis, managing finance leasing and fintech operations, and reviewing contracts, specifically in the trucking industry. You will also play a key role in preparing and posting journal entries, managing fixed assets, and handling revenue recognition processes
Responsibilities
Perform reconciliations and financial analysis
Review contracts, specifically in the trucking industry
Manage finance leasing and fintech operations
Prepare and post journal entries
Manage fixed assets
Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP and Pivot Tables
Handle revenue recognition processes
Qualifications
3-5 years of experience
High-level Excel skills
Experience with ERP systems
Other qualifications
Knowledge of GAAP
Experience with NetSuite (preferred)
Industry experience in trucking, tech, fintech, logistics, supply chain
Project management and management experience
Bilingual in Spanish or Portuguese
Experience working for an audit/CPA firm
