The Account Manager role at Billor is a data-driven person and passionate about customer service. The Account Manager is responsible to help our truck drivers to achieve their goals, while following all the safety and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Plan and execute the best strategies to maximize revenue per truck, meeting the needs of different driver profiles, using data for the whole process.
Negotiate the best rates with Freight Brokers always looking for the most profitable options, seeking competitive rates per mile and total freight.
Monitor and monitor the activities of drivers, ensuring the best use of service hours per driver.
Balancing home time requests made by drivers with the operational need for billing, both from the driver and the company.
Communicate with drivers daily to optimize productivity and reduce driver turnover.
Track all cargo from dispatch to delivery and resolve any issues until delivery.
Perform an administrative role by completing appropriate documentation, monitoring driver progress, ensuring required documentation is attached for cargo billing.
Update information about the load from pickup to delivery into Billor platform.
Create and maintain relationships with Freight Brokers.
Monitor the status of your fleet throughout the day, keeping internal and external stakeholders updated;
Monitor fleet and revenue performance indicators.
Plan revenue goals and weekly strategy with customer (driver)
