Roles & Responsibilities:
● Responsible for Corporate Branding and Public relationships
● Suggesting Advertising & Marketing strategies for the company and coordinating with various agencies – Advertising, Media, PR, Production House& event planners.
● Conducting Advertising Campaigns for Print or Digital Media: SEO, SEM,PPC, SMM (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, and YouTube).
● Evaluating & suggesting changes for the design, development &maintenance of Digital Marketing creatives or any other Marketing requirements.
● Responsible for gathering, researching and preparing communications material, industry trends and updates for Clients and internal audiences through newsletters and Email campaigns
● Generating Leads and increasing prospect pool to support Sales team and grow business
● Conducting research and analysis of competitor strategies using different mediums.
● Responsible for content drafting and delivery of brochures, PPTs, newsletters, Emailers and other marketing material.
● Planning Surveys, Talking to patients & clients for case studies& suggest further improvements in the process and systems.
● Prepare and implement the Annual Marketing plan and budget and analyze the marketing objectives and ROI.
● Redevelopment and maintenance of corporate website & Mobile App
Skills and Qualifications
· Degree in marketing, advertising, or communications
· Successful track record in senior marketing roles and creating marketing campaigns (If in Healthcare industry will be ad on advantage)
· Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills
· Experience with digital and print marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing
· Proven ability to plan and manage budgets
· Ability to take initiative, employ good judgment, and manage projects from beginning to end
· Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills
· Exceptional ability to manage details
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
· Ability to meet deadlines and to anticipate next steps or needs
· Work effectively both independently and as part of a team
