We are looking for a Senior Commercial Analyst to join our sales team in Joinville. This professional will be essential in supporting commercial operations, connecting different strategic areas of the company, and ensuring efficiency in internal processes.
Responsibilities
Manage and operate CRM tools, preferably HubSpot, or demonstrate the ability to quickly learn complex CRM systems.
Build, analyze, and present commercial and operational reports to support leadership and the sales team.
Act as a communication point between the Supply, Safety, and Support teams to ensure alignment and smoothness in sales processes.
Organize and execute the scheduling of next steps in the sales cycle after completing each negotiation.
Support the operational demands of the sales team, contributing to time optimization and leadership results.
Provide strategic information and data to support decision-making for the commercial team.
Qualifications
Solid experience in commercial analysis, sales support, or related functions.
Knowledge of HubSpot or experience with complex CRMs, with ease of adapting to new tools.
Excellence in data analysis and the creation of management reports.
Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and manage multiple priorities.
Organized, proactive, and problem-solving oriented profile.
Extra qualifications
Experience in sales environments with multiple interfaces (Supply, Safety, Support, etc.).
Advanced knowledge of data analysis tools (Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI, etc.).
Familiarity with sales and post-sales methodologies.
