Responsibilities:
- Monitor and provide real-time support for drivers who need roadside assistance
- Ensure all scheduled maintenance is carried out as per schedule
- Plan and schedule preventive and corrective maintenance for the fleet
- Assist drivers in locating partner workshops and mechanics
- Ensure payment of invoices related to fleet maintenance and mechanical services
- Records all maintenance invoices in the Fleetio management system to ensure control and monitoring
- Develop and maintain good relationships with offices and maintenance service providers
- Monitor and ensure timely payment of maintenance providers
- Manage the process of service proposals and payments related to maintenance
- Monitor KPIs and metrics to ensure the efficiency of maintenance processes
- Create and present detailed reports on maintenance performance and status
- Plan and execute preventive maintenance campaigns, focusing on safety and operational efficiency
Requirements:
- Fluent in English and Portuguese
- Mechanical Engineering Degree in progress or equivalent.
- Knowledge in Trucks Mechanical System(Preferable)
- Willingness to Learn
- Commitment.

- Organized with information and Goals
