Take on the role of Digital Marketing Specialist here at Billor and dive into a world where data-driven strategy and creative expression go hand in hand. It's a multifaceted position that requires an analytical mind, a skill for storytelling, and a pulse in the ever-changing digital landscape. You will be responsible for our brand's online presence, designing and implementing strategies that increase visibility and engagement across multiple digital platforms. Analyze market trends and our client's behavior to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring that content resonates with target audiences and drives conversions.
Develop and implement digital strategies to strengthen the company's online presence.
Manage paid campaigns on platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Instagram, and other digital channels.
Create, monitor and optimize KPIs to ensure the success of campaigns and achieve established goals.
Plan and monitor SEO, SEM and content marketing strategies.
Collaborate with internal teams (design, content, IT) to produce digital materials aligned with the brand identity.
Manage and analyze the performance of digital channels, including websites, blogs, social networks and emails.
Follow market trends and technological innovations, proposing continuous improvements in digital strategies.
Use analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, and CRM tools to generate actionable insights.
Ensure a customer-centric approach by optimizing the experience across digital channels.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, in the management of performance campaigns in companies focused on digital marketing.
Advanced technical mastery of ad platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook/Instagram), LinkedIn Ads and programmatic media tools.
Familiarity with the planning and execution of audiovisual content aimed at performance campaigns (personalized recordings, short videos, educational or promotional content).
Skill in data analysis and use of tools such as Google Analytics, Data Studio, or similar platforms for generating insights and reports.
Experience and ability to manage large media budgets, with a focus on ROI and CAC.
Advanced knowledge in conversion funnels, customer journey and remarketing strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to work in a dynamic, results-oriented environment with challenging deadlines.
Experience in the Technology, Logistics, and FinTech industries is a plus.
Being Fluent in English is a plus.
Fixed monthly PJ contract in reais.
