Pay: $23/hr during training + $2/hr shift differential after moving to 2nd Shift ($25/hr total)

We're looking for a hands-on Electronics Technician with experience reading schematics, troubleshooting electronic assemblies, soldering, and repairing circuit boards at the component level.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and repair electronic assemblies and circuit boards
  • Diagnose and isolate failed electronic components
  • Read and interpret electronic schematics
  • Perform component-level troubleshooting
  • Conduct testing and verification of repaired equipment
  • Perform soldering and electronic rework
  • Document repairs and test results
  • Support manufacturing and engineering teams with technical issues

Required Experience

  • Experience troubleshooting electronic equipment
  • Ability to read and understand electronic schematics
  • Experience repairing circuit boards or electronic assemblies
  • Strong soldering abilities
  • Experience using electronic test equipment and diagnostic tools
  • Ability to identify failed components and determine root cause

Schedule & Training

  • First Shift training for 30-60 days
  • Transition to Second Shift following training
  • Monday-Friday schedule
  • Overtime opportunities may be available
