Aerospace Digital Thread Toolchain Architect (IBM DOORS Next/EWM/ETM)

If you thrive on building end‑to‑end traceability, this role is for you. We’re seeking a Toolchain Architect to elevate our Digital Thread by designing and operating an IBM Engineering Lifecycle Management (ELM) ecosystem that unites requirements, development, verification, and manufacturing.

Role snapshot

• Own the architecture and administration of IBM ELM: DOORS Next, EWM, ETM, Rhapsody, GCM, and JTS.
• Create and maintain integrations to Teamcenter, Windchill, 3DEXPERIENCE, plus ERP, CAD, and MES tools.
• Drive Digital Thread initiatives that establish a single source of truth across the product lifecycle.
• Uphold aerospace compliance with ARP4754A/B, DO‑178C, and DO‑254 through disciplined processes and tooling.
• Automate reporting and workflow using OSLC, REST APIs, Python, and JavaScript.

• You are fluent in DOORS Next, EWM, and ETM, and comfortable across systems engineering toolsets.
• You’ve integrated ELM with PLM systems like Teamcenter, Windchill, or 3DEXPERIENCE.
• You practice MBSE and Requirements‑Based Engineering and have led Digital Thread efforts.
• You’ve operated in aerospace or similarly regulated environments (preferred).
