About the role
Billor is seeking a Fleet Support Analyst professional to assist in managing and optimizing fleet operations. The ideal candidate is responsible, proactive, and highly organized, with strong communication skills and a sense of urgency in handling tasks. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can efficiently analyze fleet data, support operational decisions, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Responsibilities
Assist in monitoring and analyzing fleet performance, utilization, and cost efficiency.
Support fleet management in coordinating maintenance schedules, fuel usage, and compliance tracking.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records of fleet operations.
Communicate with internal teams, drivers, and vendors to ensure smooth fleet operations.
Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
Respond promptly to fleet-related issues, demonstrating a proactive and solutions-focused approach.
Ensure adherence to safety and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
English Fluency and Portuguese, spanish will be a plus
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
