The Finance Analyst - AR Specialist will be responsible for managing our accounts receivable processes with various factoring companies that partner with Billor across the U.S.

What You’ll Do

• Receive and review documents from our clients, ensuring the accuracy of all documentation.
• Submit invoices to the appropriate factoring companies.
• Record all receivables from the factoring companies in our financial system.
• Address and resolve any issues related to invoices.
• Track the status of invoices and maintain accurate records.
• Manage and maintain strong relationships with factoring companies.
• Provide daily reports to the management team on receivables and factoring activities.
• Perform bookkeeping in our financial platform

Qualifications

• Strong background in finance, with a focus on accounts receivable.
• Experience with the accounts payable process is a plus.
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written).
• Proficiency with financial systems such as SAP, TOTVS, NetSuite, or similar platforms.
