Responsibilities:
Calendar Management:
- Oversee Client Content Calendars and circulate them for approval.
- Ensure timely follow-up on client approvals.
- Adhere to deadlines for achieving client objectives.
Data Entry:
- Maintain databases for clients
- Reformat client databases in accordance with platform-specific guidelines for seamless importing into the clients' database.
- Ensure data is entered in accordance with established guidelines and standards.
- Compliance with written guidelines and procedures
Social Media Management:
- Develop and execute a social media content strategy across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.
- Create engaging and visually appealing content, including graphics, videos, and written posts.
- Schedule and publish social media posts, responding to comments and messages.
- Monitor social media analytics and adjust strategies to optimize engagement and growth.
- Provide analytics to the client to demonstrate the worth of the service they have invested in.
- Stay updated on social media trends and algorithms.
Digital Marketing:
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, PPC advertising, and SEO.
- Create and optimize landing pages for lead generation.
- Conduct keyword research and optimize website content for search engines.
- Collaborate with team members to develop and implement marketing strategies.
Client Support:
- Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and assisting clients via email and texting platforms.
- Manage client relationships, including follow-ups and feedback collection.
Online research:
- Gather information and data as needed.
- Ensure that research is relevant to the client's geographic location and aligns with their specific target audience.
Functional Computer Skills:
- Proficiency in using spreadsheet & task management software (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, Asana, Monday.com).
- Basic understanding of data entry software and tools.
- Adeptness in utilizing social media scheduling software.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve minor computer-related issues.
Technology and Internet Access:
- Access to a personal computer
- Desktop is preferred but not required
- Possess reliable internet access to ensure continuous work capabilities.
- Backup internet is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to navigate online resources and communicate effectively using digital platforms.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a virtual assistant, social media manager, or digital marketing specialist.
- Exceptional comprehension of written English
- Understand and interpret detailed instructions, documents, and communication accurately.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and social media management tools.
- Highly organized and detail-oriented.
