The Operations Coordinator position is responsible for providing administrative and recruiting support to the Vice President of Operations, including online recruiting activities, general administrative tasks, and preparation of correspondence, as needed.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee the Operations Hiring lifecycle for assigned areas
- Collaborates effectively with staff to oversee the hiring and selection process
- Provide communication updates to all parties for interview coordination as needed
- Other duties assigned by the Vice President of Operations
- Narrow down the talent pool to highly-qualified candidates, interview the shortlist, and onboard and train new hires
- Develop and implement personnel policies and procedures, and advise on improvements
- Process and maintain internal documents, paperwork, records, and reports
Qualifications:
- High Speed Internet, Min 100 Mbps
- Experience with Zoom, Google Suite, ATS solutions, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Monday.com
- Human Resources / Hiring experience
- Operations / Admin experience
- Excellent English, both written and Verbal
