Systato is seeking a Director of Marketing & Design to lead our branding, positioning, and marketing efforts in the real estate and proptech industry. This role combines design expertise, strategic marketing, and compelling storytelling to elevate Systato’s presence and drive demand. You’ll craft a data-driven narrative around industry trends—technology, workforce, market shifts, and AI adoption—to reinforce Systato’s unique, differentiated service offering and strong value proposition.
Brand & Visual Identity: Own and refine Systato’s branding across all marketing touchpoints. Strong design skills are a must—portfolio required.
Marketing Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement campaigns that resonate with real estate and proptech audiences, driving engagement and conversion.
Email Marketing & Landing Pages: Create high-impact email campaigns and landing pages that convert.
Content & Thought Leadership: Direct the content strategy for blogs, social media, case studies, and industry reports.
Data-Driven Storytelling: Leverage industry research to craft compelling narratives about technology, workforce shifts, market conditions, and AI adoption.
Event & In-Person Marketing: Maximize executive team travel and in-person event opportunities to strengthen brand presence.
Sales Enablement: Equip the sales team with high-value collateral, messaging, and case studies to support outreach efforts.
