We are seeking new talent to join our Supply Chain & Procurement department.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage supplier contract information using management platforms
- Manage suppliers contact information
- Manage invoices from suppliers to guarantee data accuracy before going to Accounts Payable
- Perform accurate data entry and manage filing systems effectively
- Maintain detailed and precise record keeping of suppliers, equipments, etc

- Able to perform complex analysis in spreadsheet programs such as Excel and Google Sheet
- Utilize standard cloud office platforms and dashboards efficiently.
- Communicate effectively, both verbally and in written form with supervisor, team members, and internal clients.
- Manage time efficiently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Demonstrate interpersonal skills with professional behavior and courtesy.
- Work well under pressure and meet multiple deadlines.
- Take a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.

Education Required:
- Bachelor's or Associate degree in business, accounting, or a related field..
Experience Required:
- 1 year in a entry-level administrative or supply chain management role
- Experience with purchasing, order entering, and customer service.
- Proficiency in using cloud office platforms such as Microsoft Office (especially EXCEL) and Google Workspace.
- Strong data entry skills with experience in managing and maintaining filing systems and detailed record keeping.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Effective time management to meet multiple deadlines.
- Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively, with a proactive approach to problem-solving and process improvement.
Skills Required:
- Fluency in English (speaking, reading, and writing)
- Fluency in Brazilian Portuguese (speaking, reading, and writing)
