Join Us as an Industrial Automation Maintenance Specialist
Picture your day: you arrive on the floor, review HMI screens and PLC diagnostics, scan trends on VFDs, and prioritize a mix of electrical and mechanical work to keep high-throughput manufacturing equipment running at peak performance. A hydraulic press is drifting, an oven’s combustion system needs tuning, and a conveyor’s PLC logic requires a quick edit—all in a day’s work for someone who thrives in complex, automated environments.
What You’ll Do
- Own the troubleshooting, repair, and uptime of PLC-controlled production assets and automated machinery
- Edit, diagnose, and optimize PLC programs on platforms such as Allen‑Bradley and Siemens (or comparable systems)
- Execute both electrical and mechanical maintenance on industrial equipment
- Use PLCs as your primary diagnostic tool to trace faults and resolve root causes
- Service and rebuild complex hydraulic systems
- Support work with industrial furnaces and ovens, including internal combustion systems (preferred)
- Perform preventive and predictive maintenance to reduce unplanned downtime
- Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and ladder logic to guide repairs and improvements
- Follow and reinforce safety standards and plant maintenance procedures
